Job description

Responsibilities:
• Execute strategy for telecom area
• Engage with largest communication service providers and media companies in Lithuania and around the world
• Develop partnerships with other high-tech companies
• Build trusted relationships with new and existing customers
• Communicate with CxO level representatives
• Take key account management activities
• Create sales plans and execute them
• Generate new opportunities, lead sales team
• Prepare proposals and contracts
• Achieve profitability with sales and deliveries
• Expand business with existing customer and acquire new ones

Desired skills and experience:
• At least 5 years sales experience in IT solutions for local and international customers
• Proved track of successful sales and signed deals with contract value over 1 million EUR
• Established network with CxO level in telecom operators
• Experience with delivering complex IT solutions for demanding customers
• Good understanding of IT, telecommunications markets and trends
• Masters degree in Business Administration, Economics
• Presentation, negotiation skills
• Fluent English and Russian
• Work in international IT company would be considered as advantage
